The Challenge
AKEFEMA needed a modern digital presence to reflect its leadership in Kenya’s animal feed industry. Their previous website was outdated, hard to navigate, and didn’t meet the needs of members or stakeholders seeking timely industry information, policy updates, or resources.
The Research
We engaged with AKEFEMA’s leadership and reviewed regional and international feed industry websites to understand best practices. User needs analysis helped shape a structure that serves both internal communication and public awareness.
The Solution
Bridge Agency created a clean, responsive website that emphasizes accessibility and professionalism. Key features include a structured resource center, membership directory, industry news updates, and advocacy content. The platform positions AKEFEMA as a credible, organized, and proactive industry body.
